Our association has been established as the first association in the furniture sector to join forces, to reach common goals and objectives such as; developing the branded product segment of the kitchen and bathroom furniture sector, implementing standardization and total quality in the sector, encouraging investments and bringing our members towards a stronger position under global competition conditions. MUDER has proven its pioneering role by implementing the regulation that enables built-in device manufacturers and importers to switch to principal membership of the association. In January 2012, the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting was held and the required regulation amendment was carried out. At the General Assembly Meeting held in June, two members representing the built-in appliance manufacturers and importers were elected unanimously to MUDER Board of Directors in addition to existing representatives of kitchen manufacturers and importers.

Thanks to the new joint forces emerging from this structure, we will be able to develop even more effective and comprehensive projects with government agencies, unions and civil society organizations. Thus, along with our current efforts for fairs and magazines, we will ensure that the concept of “branded kitchen and bathroom furniture” is established in the society, the importance of choosing high-quality and guaranteed products for professional and individual demands is emphasized and consumers are properly informed about how to choose and use the right kitchen and we will be able to add a new momentum to the growth of branded product market.

With our members who are well-recognized in the industry with their brands, we provide services with technologically-equipped, universally modern and innovative products which are manufactured with eco-friendly materials and also can meet user demands as expected from them, increase the quality of life, and facilitate the lives of users. We are meticulous to carry out our activities in the sector within the corporate framework with a well-trained workforce and customer-oriented approach that gives priority to high-quality and standards in all business processes. Within our developing economy, we are among the promising sectors that will contribute positively to growth with our value-added products and employment opportunities.

Turkey's major market purchasing power of 75 million, serving as a bridge between Europe and Asia and its significant geographic position that offers us an advantage in terms of transport and logistics are some of the opportunities that need to be evaluated.

As a consequence of cost advantage to be gained through high-capacity production and workforce productivity that will emerge in parallel to the increasing income level and demand for branded products in Turkey, we will take our rightful place among the developed producer countries in our field and will soon have a say in the international markets.
